A note from the Current Chairman This committee has been established to strengthen the connectionalism between the Presbytery Churches. It is our hope that the men who humbly serve on this committee we will fulfill the expectations listed below (which are enumerated in the GCP Standing Rules section 407) by developing a greater trust among the members of our whole presbytery, ruling and teaching elders. We desire not only to be able to respond to matters that arise quickly as is the case of a fire department sending a fire truck to put out the flames, but even more importantly we wish to serve the role of a fire extinguisher, which can be used to put out the fire before it consumes the structure. We believe that this more proactive role is what our Lord would have us do—to seek the peace, purity, and unity of His church families and their pastors.
